Shipping and Cancellation policy

LOCAL PICK UP

You have an option of local pick up, which means that you can pick up the artwork from our address – 1798, Sector B, Pocket 1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi – 110070, within the next 7days between 9am and 5pm. We will coordinate with you on our post-purchase follow up call as well as via email. Please ensure you write to us on – mail@ramatiwari.in or call us on: +91 9717030505 and keep us informed on your date and and time of pick up in advance.

SHIPPING

We can ship to your shipping address on request at an additional shipping cost which we will charge you on actuals. Please ensure that you mention the new shipping address where you would like the product to be shipped. We can ship the package within 1 to 3 business days from the receipt of an order.

After the payment has been processed, delivery within India could take between 3 to 7 days depending upon the shipping destination. This includes time for packaging and shipping. This may vary for international destinations. We shall keep you updated with details of your order.

SHIPPING COST It will depend upon the size, weight, destination, and the shipping partner of your choice. We have partnered with leading courier partners in India and abroad – DTDC, Bluedart, Wefast, Fedex, DHL.

RETURNS

We accept return requests in the scenario, if the artwork is delivered in damaged condition.

In case you face any of these issues, please write to us on – mail@ramatiwari.in and attach pictures of the delivered product in the mail. The request for return should be raised within 7 days of delivery and we will schedule a pick-up. We will pay for the return shipment. Refunds are processed within 3 days of the receipt of the product returned.
